ABDUCTION

In our actual opening sequence 'Abduction' we were much more organised and we had a lot more knowledge about what we were doing. When we first started planning it we drew a big mind map of ideas and chose the best idea. Once we had our idea we individually storyboarded it, we then discussed our storyboards together and drew up a group one. Next we wrote up a shooting schedule, a risk assessment, we designed every characters outfits and wrote up a script. We did all this so that when we filmed it everything went smoothly and we knew exactly what we were doing. We planned to shoot each shot in different ways and from different angles so that when it came to the editing we could easily use which clip we wanted to. We were able to choose a good location and set up all of our props carefully. We each were assigned roles so we all had something to do. When it came down to editing it we were organised and we had already learnt how to choose the editing software. When it started to get closer to the deadline we decided to all do different things, one of us did some of the sound, one of us was editing and one of us was doing the behind the scenes video. Lastly our sequence was evaluated by our peers and we were able to make some last minute changes to our sequence to make it the best it could be.
